Your name and email address; what you tell us about your trip in the questionnaire, such as destination, dates, who is travelling, ages of children, budget and preferences; the messages you send us; and basic technical data such as your IP address and browser when you use the site.
We never see or store your card details. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for our orders and handles payment data under its own privacy policy.
To write and deliver your trip plan, to answer you, to issue refunds, and to keep our legal and accounting records. If you ask for a ground-services quote, we use your details to prepare it. Your plan is written with the help of AI tools, and Julie, our AI trip assistant, handles the emails about your plan; these tools act only on our instructions.
Our own travel specialists; Paddle, for payment and invoicing; the technical services that run our systems, including hosting, email and database providers; and, only if you ask for a quote, the local suppliers needed to price your trip. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to train artificial intelligence models.
As long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal obligations, and no longer. Your trip plan and its app stay online until the day you return home, for up to 12 months (six months if you gave us no travel dates), and are then removed from our servers.
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, and to stop marketing messages, by writing to privacy@goeasttravel.com. We answer within 30 days.
When you write to us on WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or Instagram, we receive through Meta’s platforms your name as it appears in the app, your phone number or account ID, and the messages and files you send. We store them in our customer management system (CRM) so our travel consultants can answer you and plan your trip.
Some of our consultants’ WhatsApp Business numbers are connected to our CRM. Messages you exchange with a consultant on her WhatsApp Business number are therefore also saved in your record with us.
We use this data only to answer you, to plan and manage your trip, and to send you service messages such as a ready trip plan, a payment link or travel documents. We send marketing messages only if you agreed to receive them, and you can stop them at any time by writing to us.
We do not sell this data, we do not use it to build advertising profiles, and we do not use it to train AI models. Service providers that host or process this data for us (cloud hosting, database, email and AI tools that help our team draft replies) act only on our instructions.

We use cookies that are needed to run the site and, if you agree, cookies that help us understand how the site is used and measure our advertising. You can refuse the optional ones in cookie settings.
Our team and our service providers are in several countries, including outside the European Union. Where required, transfers are protected by standard contractual clauses.
