These terms apply when you buy a trip plan from Go East Travel through this website.

A custom trip plan with a digital trip app, for the destination and dates you give us, delivered in two stages. First, a trip outline: the route day by day and the hotels we suggest for each stop. Then the full day-by-day plan inside your trip-planning app, a private web page that you can install on your phone, use offline and save as a PDF. The price is the price shown at checkout, and it includes two rounds of changes to the outline. If you book the ground services of the trip with Go East, the full price of the plan is credited to that booking.
The plan is not a booking and not a reservation. We do not sell or book international flights. A price quote for ground services, if you ask for one after your full plan, is free, carries no obligation, and is subject to supplier confirmation and availability at the time of booking.
We send your trip outline by email within 24 hours of your payment and completed questionnaire, usually sooner. If a destination or a date range makes that impossible, we tell you before we start. We build the full plan once, when you tell us the outline is right for you, when the included rounds of changes have been used, or if we have not heard from you for three days after the outline, and we email you when it is ready.
Your plan and the app stay online until the day you return home, for up to 12 months from delivery. If you gave us no travel dates, they stay online for six months from delivery. After that they are removed from our servers, so save a copy (PDF) from the page if you want to keep it.
Two rounds of changes to the outline are included: reply to the outline email with what you would like to change. A change is a change to the plan you bought; a request for a different destination is a new plan. Emails about your plan are handled by Julie, Go East’s AI trip assistant, and a person on our team steps in when needed. After the full plan is delivered, reply to our email and a person on our team will help.
You give us accurate details about your trip. We use them only to write your plan and to contact you about it. See our privacy policy.
The plan we write is yours to use for your own travel. It stays our copyright, and you may not resell it, publish it, or sell it on.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns.
Full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked, as set out in our refund policy.
This plan is a planning aid, written with care from real itineraries our team has sold and from public sources. Opening hours, prices, schedules, routes, entry rules and third-party services (hotels, transport, attractions and airlines) can change without notice and are not under our control, so please confirm anything time-critical before you travel. Go East Travel is not responsible for services provided by third parties, for such changes, or for inaccurate information published by others. Visas, health requirements and travel safety are the traveler’s responsibility. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv have exclusive jurisdiction.
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you buy is the one that applies.
